The Learning for Life department is responsible for the delivery of Religious Education (RE), Citizenship, Personal and Social Health Education (PSHE), Careers, Sociology, Psychology, Law and Government and Politics. The aim is to provide exciting and challenging lessons which are accessible to all pupils regardless of ability, in a learning environment that is educational and stimulating.
This department has 7 specialist teachers and benefits from a number of well equipped rooms situated together in subjects. We believe in pupil’s ability to learn independently and one of the ways we seek to encourage this is by regularly setting homework that is relevant and complementary to the work done in school, consolidating learning and completing examinations project.
