The Dance Department offers a vast array of extra curricular opportunities. Key Stage 3 Dance Club operates on a Friday from 3 – 4 and is free of charge. School Play rehearsals are weekly, as are technique classes and the studio is open every evening after school to Key Stage 4 and 5 students working on choreographic and performance projects.

The department offers theatre trips and workshops during the year. Most recently we have been to watch Matthew Bournes’ ‘Nutcracker’ and are catching the latest Rambert triple bill at the Lowry. Exciting projects such as a dance dvd for primary schools, a performance for Warrington Fashion Week and regular community showcases allow us to boast a great reputation for excellent work and high standards.

There are a number of community classes also available to students throughout the week. These include street dance and hip hop. Please refer to the school lettings timetable for further information.
