History is delivered by five specialist teachers: Mrs. E Rickards, Mr. P Swain, Miss C Duffy, Mr. J Peat and Mr. P Taylor. At Key Stage 3 pupils are taught a range of units. In Year 8 pupils study the Middle Ages, the Tudors and Stuarts. They will investigate key questions including 'Why were people unable to stop the Black Death?' In Year 9 pupils are taught aspects of twentieth century history including the First and Second World Wars.
