I am delighted to announce that Jamal Tahraoui has been invited to train with England's under 16 basketball squad for the 2010/11 campaign.

The squad is a mixture of returnees from the 2010 programme and additions from the 2010 under 15 development squad and recommendations from a selection panel who attended the 2010 under 15 Inter-regional tournament.

The squad will assemble for the first camp in Bristol in the mid-term break.

The staff at Penketh High School are extremely proud of Jamal's efforts and wish him the very best of luck in his trials.
